With various lived experiences as a black man, Doug uses his platform to impart wisdom and to help bring understanding and healing.Doug prides himself on being “just a kid from Cincinnati, Ohio” and truly being a “big kid at heart”.

Ed, is a unique combination of leadership, education, counseling, mental health therapy, entrepreneurship and adjudicated youth. John worked as a guidance counselor and a climate manager for the School District of Philadelphia for 15 years. Crisis Screen-er for the State of New Jersey, behavior therapist, mobile therapist, national certified anger management specialist and treatment specialist supervisor for Ferrris School for Boys located in Wilmington, DE. John is the former co-owner of Top Notch Profiles Magazine Inc. Owner and CEO of Hubstshirts.com and the Cameron Group. The Cameron Group provides mental health therapy and leadership development for boys and young men.
