The “Let’s Go Show" with Doug Reed, The “Let’s Go Show" is a platform to encourage, motivate and inspire individuals of all walks of life. We hold space for life changing conversations with everyday people, community leaders and public figures. The “Let’s Go Show" with Doug Reed is committed to highlighting individuals making a positive impact in our communities. Doug Reed who is also known as D. Reed, is a Mental health advocate, military veteran and former corrections professional. He holds in high esteem his earned status in the community as a mentor, coach and trusted leader. With various lived experiences as a black man, Doug uses his platform to impart wisdom and to help bring understanding and healing.Doug prides himself on being “just a kid from Cincinnati, Ohio” and truly being a “big kid at heart”.

The Let's Go Show with Doug Reed featuring Det Rashaun Spence " Blessed"
I interviewed life long Jersey City native, loving husband, and proud father of three exceptional children. As a child, Rashaun always wanted to help the community and protect. Rashaun is a member of the First Wesleyan Church and has been a treasure for 17 years. He started his career in law enforcement by working as a corrections officer at the Hudson County Corrections and Rehabilitation Center from 2012-2013, then was hired by the Jersey City Police Department in 2013. Rashaun joined BLESC (Blacks in Law Enforcement Servicing the Community) in 2014 and became Co-Vice President of the organization, where he and his fellow members mentor the youth of the city and all over the state with the mission to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community. In 2018, Rashaun was promoted to Detective. In 2021, Rashaun was voted by his peers to become Co-Vice President of the Jersey City POBA (Police Officers Benevolent Association). Throughout his career, he has received several awards for community service and heroism in the December 10, 2019, terrorist attack in Jersey City.
